Kaleidoscope's 100th Unscripted Musical!

There is no better place to watch a musical get born than a wooden amphitheater on a summer evening in Berlin. And for musical #100, we are going BIG! We’ll be on the lookout for the group in the audience with the biggest number of friends. So if you think your friend group qualifies, be sure to sit together. Lights Up! is Kaleidoscope's fully unscripted musical: a complete story, with original songs, live music, and characters that didn't exist before tonight. The ensemble steps on stage with nothing prepared. The audience gives them a suggestion. And ninety minutes later, a musical ends that will never be performed again. A professional live band plays every song for the first time. The ensemble builds every scene from scratch. Nobody has rehearsed. Nobody has a script. Every seat at Monbijou Theater looks onto an open stage surrounded by one of Berlin's most loved outdoor spaces.
